To make coffee and and sell it, is not necessarily hard job that is why the market is so competitive. Customer engagement and good coffee will stand out. Nowadays there is plenty of franchise coffee shop chains, which are really competitive due to their brand names. It is harder for the small cafés to compete, but these places have their own advantages.

Heya, I like what you did with the colours on the pic. It might be worth trying to desaturate the surroundings and leave the bright shop in the middle. Maybe sort of a metaphor for a cup of coffee on a slow, dusky morning...
